Our objective will be to help you increase the visibility of your brand and company and help to generate leads for your law firm admin services. 

In order to achieve our objectives, we will be looking to move forward with a content marketing plan utilizing the podcasts and subsequent blog posts you will be providing.  We will target these blog posts (podcasts will be embedded in the posts) to your target audience each week as well as the target audience of your speakers (target audiences will need to be talked out in greater detail as we go).  The idea is to consistently push out these posts/podcasts to your target audience in order to create trust and awareness of your brand and position you as a thought leader in the virtual admin space. 

In addition to this hyper targeting, we will also be applying SEO best practices to these blogs in order to help you climb the organic search results pages for the terms we both identify will bring you business.  It does need to be pointed out that both of these methods are long term plans (i.e. need to plan on investing in at least one year with us but for sure plan on sticking with the podcasts for at least a couple years as it has really done the trick for us in a variety of ways) but once everything takes form, you will be positioned very nicely in your space.  Regarding SEO, we will be just applying these tactics to the blogs we post and can talk about a more in-depth SEO plan down the road but it is still beneficial to apply best practices as you/we are posting.

In addition to pushing out the helpful and education info you will be providing, we will incorporate direct call to action ads to the audiences that will be created from the traffic driven by the content.  We believe in putting a heavy emphasis on the content, but the best people to spend ad dollars on for promotional ads will be the ones who have some familiarity with your brand and company and these will be the audiences we re-market to. 

The specific plan will be to have you provide us with one 60-second edited down video each week of each podcast as well having you all write and lay-out one blog post each week on your site from the podcast interviews.  We will then properly SEO tag each page each week as well as execute other best SEO practices such as interlinking and semantically re-writing the first paragraph.

 We will also consult with you on some social action items we will need you all to be involved with.  There will not be a huge time investment needed for this, but getting your team involved socially for about 30-60 min each week will help tremendously (we will talk about the specifics of this again in greater detail).  In addition, we will set up a portal to have you easily capture reviews and have them pointed to the places we need them in order to reap the most SEO benefit.

To utilize the podcasts/video snippets/blogs you will be providing and publishing on your site.  We will plan on semantically re-writing the first paragraph for SEO purposes as well as tagging and inter-linking everything appropriately. The content you will be providing will need to be really helpful to your target audience.  The more helpful this content is, the more you will be positioned and viewed as a thought leader and helpful resource.

  • ORGANIZE We set up the schedule for your postings through an editorial calendar to help manage your ideas and posts.


  • LINK Properly inter-link each post pointing to other helpful resources on your site. 
  • OPTIMIZE Tag posts with keywords to help with search (SEO) (ie. keyword/search engine strategy).
  • RESEARCH Provide on-going content ideas for you if needed based on what people are searching for on-line.
