EXECUTIVE SUMMARY


OVERVIEW

Our objective will be to help you increase the visibility of your brand and company and help to generate leads for your rental equipment.

In order to achieve our objectives, we will be looking to move forward with an SEO and content marketing plan utilizing the helpful and educational content (written + possibly videos) you will be providing.  The idea is to consistently push out this content to your target audience (we understand civil engineering companies to be big target for you but will nail this down in greater detail as we get going) in order to create trust and awareness of your brand and position you as The thought leader in your space.  All the while, we will be applying SEO best practices in order to help you climb the organic search results pages for the terms we both identify will bring you business.  It does need to be pointed out that both of these methods are long term plans (i.e. need to plan on investing in at least one year) but once everything takes form, you will be positioned very nicely in your space and in the organic rankings.  And in addition to the longer term goals and wins, we will also be "lead scoring" visitors to your site that we will report to you on a weekly or bi-weekly basis that your team can call on to generate immediate business (i.e. warm leads that have not quite called in yet).

In addition pushing out the helpful and education info you will be providing, we will incorporate direct call to action ads to the audiences that will be created from the traffic driven by the content.  We believe in putting a heavy emphasis on the content, but the best people to spend ad dollars on for promotional ads will be the ones who have some familiarity with your brand and company and these will be the audiences we re-market to.

The specific plan will be to have you turn in one piece of content each week.  We will then lay out each post on your site (we will help with setting up the blogging component on your site if need be).  We will also be applying SEO best practices to each post on-site and then target this content via social ads to your target audience as well as send out a 1/mth e-blast to your current customers and any other prospects or industry contacts/emails that you have. We can also assist in building targeted lists by scraping contacts off of LinkedIn and have itemized this option below.

Before we get going, we will also be taking a look at your site and making sure it is fully SEO optimized and will work with your current development team to have them or us accomplish the necessary tasks.  Also, all listings/citations will be taken care of for your company as this is a very key component for local SEO and must be set up correctly in order to reap all the SEO efforts of the on-going plan.

 We will also consult with you on some social action items we will need you all to be involved with.  There will not be a huge time investment needed for this, but getting you all involved socially for about 30-60 min each week will help tremendously (we will talk about the specifics of this again in great detail).  In addition, we will set up a portal to have you easily capture reviews and have them pointed to the places we need them in order to reap the most SEO benefit.

CONTENT CREATION + DESIGN


OBJECTIVE

To utilize the written and/or video content you will be providing and laying each post out on your blog (which is going to be a part of your website).   We will plan on semantically re-writing the first paragraph for SEO purposes as well as tagging and inter-linking everything appropriately. The content you will be providing will need to be really helpful to your target audience.  The more helpful this content is, the more you will be positioned and viewed as a thought leader and helpful resource.

  • LINK Properly inter-link each post pointing to other helpful resources on your site.

  • RESEARCH Provide on-going content ideas for you if needed based on what people are searching for on-line.
