EXECUTIVE SUMMARY


OBJECTIVE

Our ultimate objective will be to get the target customers you all have identified to utilize your product video production services. We will also be looking to increase the visibility of your company with these target customers in addition to other like companies so you can be top of mind for whenever they are in need for your services and offerings. In addition, we will have an eye on our SEO strategy to help you climb the search engines over time for the buying keywords we identify.  We plan to accomplish this with a targeted and integrated approach combining a content marketing plan, promotional mailings and email automation in addition to a social distribution plan to help pick up customers that are outside of your original list.  

We will start off by gathering up all the content you already have and combine this with the new content we will be producing.  We will then get this content in front of your targeted customers as well as well as their co-workers via social channels.  After approximately a month of creating this awareness of your brand and offerings, we will mail a series of 3 promotional gifts (types of gifts will depend on your budget) over a period of 4-8 weeks to your exact contact that will have a note attached with a QR code (and website link) showing an example of your work and a call to action at the end of the video encouraging a call or appointment (*ideally I would love to send samples of products you have actually done work on but this will depend on if this is feasible).  If no call is made at this time, an automated email campaign will kick off that will include helpful information in addition to referencing the gift (or gifts) that were sent out along with further examples of your work.  Subsequent emails within this email campaign will contain more helpful info along with your case studies and a call to action encouraging a phone or in-person meet-up.  All the while, we will continue to put your content and video examples in front of them and their co-workers via social channels.  At the end of the mailing and email campaigns, we will encourage your sales reps to follow up with these contacts via phone and possibly LinkedIn Inmail to pick up any other people who might be interested but haven't taken the initiative to reach out just yet.
